- Orange zest 1 piece
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Ground clove 2 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Ground Coffee 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the brandy, lemon and orange zest, cloves, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla essence.
Step 2
When the mixture is warm, ignite the brandy and add it to very strong hot coffee.
Step 3
Serve in small coffee cups once the flame has extinguished.
