Ingredients
- Veal Brains 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder 4 tablespoons
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Rinse the brains, boil them in salted water, remove the membranes, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into cubes.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with the sauce.
