Ingredients
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Prunes 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beetroot, peel it, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and walnuts.
Step 3
Thoroughly wash the beet greens, dry them, and finely chop.
Step 4
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Step 5
Rinse the prunes and briefly dip them in boiling water. Once cooled, cut the prunes into strips.
Step 6
For the dressing, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 7
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad. Add salt and sugar to taste.
