Bora-Bora Salad
Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Tiger shrimp in brine 12 pieces
- Cucumbers 35 oz
- Malt Vinegar to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cucumbers, carefully peel them, cut them lengthwise, and chop them coarsely.
Step 2
Cut the avocado lengthwise, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and finely chop it.
Step 3
Peel the tiger shrimp, wash them, cut them lengthwise, and sauté in olive oil on both sides for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Mix the cucumbers and avocado, dress with olive oil, wine vinegar, and sea salt to taste. Toss to combine. Serve on plates, topped with the cooked tiger shrimp.
