- Tomatoes 2 pieces

- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz

- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into thin strips and fry them in olive oil, dusted with flour. Place the eggplants on parchment paper to remove excess oil.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes and simmer them with salt and basil.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard and slice them into rounds.
Step 4
Mix the eggplants with mozzarella and dress the salad with tomato sauce.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
