Boiled Vegetable Salad with Yogurt
Ingredients
- Potato 10 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Broccoli 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potato, cut it into medium pieces, and steam it with the broccoli florets for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and cut it into thin rounds. Boil in a saucepan with one cup of water, a pinch of salt, and sugar for 2–3 minutes, then add the peas and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for one minute.
Step 3
Sauté the potato and broccoli in a pan for 2 minutes, then add the carrot and peas without the liquid. Keep on medium heat for one minute, add the yogurt, and sauté for another minute.
