Description

The first flaming cocktail from a famous American mixologist. He published the recipe in 1862 in a book with the brief title 'How to Mix Drinks', while the full title, which gives a general idea of the content, consists of several dozen words. The original recipe calls for Scotch whiskey. In this twist (or remake) on the 'Blue Blazer', dark rum is used.

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 0 fl oz
  • Sherry 0 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt 0,3 teaspoons
  • Blackberry to taste
  • Blackberry to taste

Then pour into a glass containing the berries and cinnamon. Serve with a small fork for eating the berries.
