Bloody Mary with Oysters
Ingredients
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- TABASCO® ¼ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt a pinch
- Fresh Oysters 12 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, and a little Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Before serving, fill 12 small shot glasses two-thirds full with the tomato mixture. Add one oyster to each glass and top with 1 teaspoon of peeled and julienned cucumber. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
