  • Salsa Sauce ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Celery Greens 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the beans overnight. The next day, boil them in salted water for 1 hour over medium heat with a lid (until cooked).

Step 2

Chop the tomatoes, pepper, and greens, and place them in a salad bowl.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the salsa sauce, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, and pepper (to taste).

Step 4

Cool the boiled beans slightly (or boil them in advance), add them to the salad bowl. Mix everything together.

Step 5

Serve with the sauce.
