- Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
- Sugar 5 tablespoons

Bring the water to a boil.

Strain through a sieve.
Step 9
Pour the juice into a pot.
Step 10
Add the cornstarch and sugar mixture, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 11
Let cool for 5–7 minutes.
