- Orange juice concentrate ¾ cup
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Dry Champagne to taste
- Fresh Mint 8 sprigs

Step 1
Place 8 champagne glasses in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the thawed berries, orange juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and strain to remove seeds.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of berry puree to each glass and fill to the top with champagne. Garnish with mint and serve.
