Description
In this recipe, it is acceptable to use store-bought high-quality peach puree (since peaches are too firm out of season, they won't yield the right and tasty puree). 1 cup of puree replaces 3 peaches.
Ingredients
- Prosecco 1¾ liters
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- Muscovado Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the ripe peaches, remove the pit, and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Blend into a puree using a blender. Add sugar to the mixture and blend again. Chill.
Step 3
Pour the chilled prosecco into a pitcher, add the cold peach puree, and mix quickly.
Step 4
Immediately pour into glasses while the drink is still mixed, and serve.
