- Beetroot 6 pieces

- Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Oranges 6 pieces
- Watercress 10 oz

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Place the beetroot on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beetroot is tender.

Cool and cut into small pieces.

Segment the oranges.
