- Walnuts to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Feta cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the beetroot and grated feta on top of the arugula.
Step 2
Boil the beetroot in advance until cooked. Cool, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Lay the arugula on the bottom of the plate and drizzle with walnut oil and balsamic sauce (or vinegar).
