Ingredients
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Red Onion ½ head
- Garlic ½ clove
- Balsamic Vinegar 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Wrap the beetroot in foil and bake until tender — this will take about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the beetroot into sticks and place in a bowl, add chopped garlic, onion, parsley, dress with oil, vinegar, and season with pepper and salt.
