Ingredients
- Beets 3 pieces
- Pickles 4 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beets and let them cool. Then cut them into small, not very thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the pickles into slices as well.
Step 3
Place the beets, onion, and pickles in a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the oil, mix well, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, mix again.
