Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 0 oz
- Parsley 0.3 bunches
- Cilantro 0.3 bunches
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 2 teaspoons
- Toasted Sesame a pinch
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Canned Mushroom Soup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the cilantro and parsley and place them in a shallow bowl.
Step 2
Slice the beetroot into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
Step 3
Add the beetroot to the herbs.

Season with sesame seeds.
