Description

The taste of the salad greatly depends on the quality of the main ingredients, so use crisp sweet apples and fresh herbs. In the summer, you can also add mint to this salad.

  • Ground coriander to taste
  • Beetroot 1 piece
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the raw beetroot, slice it into thin rounds, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut each into 4 wedges. Slice each wedge lengthwise into 4 pieces, then cut them crosswise. Add to the beetroot.

Step 3

Mix the beetroot with the apples, drizzle with vinegar, season with salt and pepper, add chopped herbs, and stir.

Step 4

Add the cream cheese and mix it into the salad.
