Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Scorpion fish fillet 20 oz
- Yellow Beets 3 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Radish 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Spanish onions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the fish (but not into a paste), drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Let marinate.
Step 2
Thinly slice the beets into matchsticks and chop the radish even finer. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
Step 3
On a plate, spread the yogurt, then add the beets and radish, followed by the fish. Drizzle with olive oil.
