Beef Tongue Salad
Ingredients
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Beef tongue 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the beef tongue in a pot filled with clean water and boil for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Step 2
Skim off the foam during the cooking process.
Step 3
Remove the cooked tongue from the heat and place it under cold running water for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then immediately peel the skin off the tongue.
Step 5
Boil the chicken egg hard.
Step 6
Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 7
Add salt and mix.
Step 8
Place the boiled egg under cold running water for a couple of minutes. Then peel it.
Step 9
Finely chop the egg. Combine it with the cucumbers in a deep bowl and add salt.
Step 10
Cut the tongue into thin strips.
Step 11
Add it to the salad and season with salt.
Step 12
Add mayonnaise and ground black pepper.
Step 13
Mix well, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
