Ingredients
- Lean Beef 0 lbs
- Onion 5 oz
- Thyme 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Rose Hips 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro 1 teaspoon
- Nigella Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Duck Fat 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Hamburger Bun 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, thyme, pepper, rosemary, cilantro, fennel seeds, cayenne pepper, lightly beaten egg, and duck fat (if desired).
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns. Place the patties in the refrigerator to chill and firm up.
