Description

It's best to use a cheese that melts well, not a hard one. Arugula can be substituted with any other salad you like.

Ingredients

  • Hamburger Bun 2 pieces
  • Burger Patty 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Horseradish Leaves to taste
  • Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the patties on a hot skillet.

Step 2

Slice the red onion into rings, cut the buns in half, rinse the arugula, dry it, separate it into leaves, and slice the cheese into thin pieces.

Step 3

Flip the patties.

Step 4

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with horseradish and mustard, and stir well.

Step 5

Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and keep on the heat for about 20 seconds to let the cheese start melting.

Step 6

Toast the buns on both sides by grilling them in a dry skillet.

Step 7

Assemble the burger in the following order: bun, salad, patty with cheese, red onion, sauce, bun.
