- Garlic 3 cloves

- Shallot 1 head

- Salted anchovies in oil 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- White Beans 30 oz
- Canned Saira 5 oz
- Radish 5 oz
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Banana Leaves 4 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine arugula, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, finely chopped anchovies, and finely chopped shallot, along with a bit of salt and pepper. Blend until a smooth paste forms. Then, while blending, gradually add the olive oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the beans, fish, thinly sliced radish, chopped celery, and dressing. Gently toss to combine.
Step 3
On 4 plates, arrange the lettuce leaves, top with the salad, and garnish with slices of avocado.
