
Bean Salad with Smoked Chicken

To prevent the salad from settling, dress it with mayonnaise just before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 15 oz
- Red Canned Beans 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 10 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut it into thin strips. Drain the canned beans in a colander. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms and sauté them in the remaining oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Combine all the prepared ingredients — the sliced bell pepper, beans, chicken cubes, and sautéed onion and mushrooms — in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
