- Red Bell Pepper 1 piece
- Tomato 1 piece
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the lime juice and parsley. While stirring continuously, pour in the canola oil; mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add the beans, shallots, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, and hot pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight. Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
