Bean Salad with Garlic and Dill

- Beans 15 oz
- Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped Parsley 3 tablespoons
- Chopped dill 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic 4 cloves
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Soak the beans overnight.
Step 2
Drain the water from the bowl with the beans, transfer the beans to a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce the heat to medium and cook covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 50 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water, transfer the beans to a bowl, add the oil, parsley, dill, cumin, garlic, juice, salt, and pepper; let it sit for 30 minutes and serve.
