Ingredients
- Beans 1 cup
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Eel 5 oz
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Cook the soaked beans, drain them in a colander, and let them cool.

At the same time, boil the carrots and cut them into cubes, and finely slice the peeled celery root; add the washed, chopped lettuce and mix everything together.
Step 3
Then add mustard, salt, and sugar to the salad bowl, mash everything together while gradually pouring in the vegetable oil, and then the vinegar.
Step 4
Place the prepared ingredients in the salad bowl, mix, shape into a mound, and garnish with lettuce leaves, carrots, and, if desired, apple slices.
