Ingredients
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ heads
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Kalamata olives 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar until smooth.

Rinse the canned beans and let them drain in a colander to remove excess liquid.

Dice the red onion and cucumbers into small cubes.
