Ingredients
- Peanut Sprouts 10 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort the young bean pods and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Place them in salted boiling water, blanch until cooked, then drain in a colander and cool.
Step 3
Mix the prepared beans with finely chopped green onion, sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle with sunflower oil mixed with vinegar.
