Bean, Beef, Pepper, and Onion Salad
Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- White Beans 1 can
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Beef 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pre-cook the beef.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 3
Cut the meat into cubes.
Step 4
You can chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press.
Step 5
Drain the water from the can of beans and rinse them.
Step 6
Mix the beans, onion, beef, peppers, garlic, chopped cilantro, and toasted finely chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 8
Prepare the dressing with 4–5 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar.
Step 9
Dress the salad. Mix well.
