- Red cocktail cherry 8 pieces
- Canned Baby Beets 15 oz
- Scallions 3 pieces
- Basil 0 oz
- Oregano 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Add the canned beans.
Step 2
Finely chop the onions and herbs. Add them to the beans.
Step 3
