- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans 20 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Herbs 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into quarters and sauté over high heat to prevent them from releasing juice until cooked.
