Ingredients
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Red Onion 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dry White Wine 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Basil 5 oz
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Pitted olives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beans in salted water for 15 minutes, drain in a colander, and let the water drain off. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the onion into half-rings, the cheese into small thin slices, and the olives into halves.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the crushed garlic with salt, and let it cool. Add the wine, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
Step 3
Mix the prepared salad ingredients and drizzle with the sauce. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped basil.
