Ingredients
- Beans 5 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 2 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large amount of salted water until al dente. Drain the water. Cool down.
Step 2
Slice the apple, julienne the chili and bell peppers, and cut the onion into thin rings. Mix together. Add the corn, beans, and pasta.
Step 3
Combine the mayonnaise, chopped garlic, ground pepper, salt, and chopped herbs, mix well, and dress the salad. Chill for 10 minutes.
