Description

  • Beans 15 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Napa Cabbage 1 bunch
  • Sunflower Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 0.3 teaspoons
  • Sugar 0.3 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the beans and carrots.

Step 2

Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes.

Step 3

Chop the Napa cabbage.

Step 4

Remove the core from the apple, peel it, and cut it into cubes.

Step 5

Combine all the ingredients and prepare the dressing for the salad.

Step 6

For the dressing, peel the garlic, finely chop it, and mash it with salt.

Step 7

Add mustard and sugar. Mix well and add vegetable oil with lemon juice.
