Ingredients
- Shallot 1 head
- Parsley leaves 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Thyme 2 teaspoons
- Extra virgin olive oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Basmati rice 15 oz
- Vegetables 15 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Red Onion 1 head
- Green Onion 1 bunch
- Toasted Pine Nuts 2 tablespoons
- Yellow onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare basmati rice with vegetables, blend the shallot, parsley, vinegar, and thyme in a blender, then season with salt and pepper. Slowly pour in the oil while the blender is running, and wait until the ingredients are mixed into a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables into small pieces (radishes, tomatoes, peas, zucchini, etc.).
Step 3
Place all remaining ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with three tablespoons of the resulting sauce, and then mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
