- White bread 12 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Marinated cherries 25 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon to taste

Step 1
Toast 12 pieces of white bread on both sides in boiling butter, then place on a plate.
Step 2
Put the cherries in a saucepan, mix with sugar, and let sit for half an hour. Then drain the juice into a separate container, bring to a boil, adding sugar. It should turn into a thick syrup.
Step 3
Place the cherries on the slices of bread just before serving, drizzle with cooled syrup, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
