Ingredients

  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • White bread 4 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Milk ½ glasses
  • Ground Cinnamon ½ spoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Powdered Sugar to taste
  • Peanut Butter to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the cinnamon, salt, eggs, and milk together.

Step 2

Place the slices of bread in a bowl to soak.

Step 3

Fry the bread in a skillet with melted butter.

Step 4

Flip each slice of bread and spread peanut butter on it. Place half a banana on top.

Step 5

Cover with another slice and press down firmly.

Step 6

Sear on all sides.

Step 7

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
