- Porcini Mushrooms 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chickpea 10 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Transfer the mushrooms with the marinade to a baking dish, cover with foil, and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, torn salad greens, chickpeas, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.
