Balkan-style Flounder Salad
Ingredients
- Flounder 3 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 3 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt powder ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the flounder, remove the bones, and fry in vegetable oil. Let it cool and break the fish into small pieces.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard and chop them.
Step 4
Peel and julienne the pickled cucumbers and apples.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with natural yogurt. Add salt to taste.
