
Bakhour Salad with Lamb and Vegetables

Ingredients
- Ground coriander to taste
- Lamb Neck Fillet 20 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence 2½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat and remove tendons and membranes. Place the meat in a pot and cover it with water. Cover the pot with a lid and set it over medium heat. Bring to a boil and add salt. Cook until done. Let the meat cool on a plate and slice it thinly into strips.
Step 2
Prepare the vegetables: finely chop the tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Slice the onion into rings. Mince the garlic and herbs.
Step 3
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small wedges.
Step 4
Make the dressing: mix ground black pepper, salt, vinegar, and oil.
Step 5
Transfer the ingredients to a salad bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to combine.
