Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 30 oz
- New Potatoes 15 oz
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Watercress 1 bunch
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Basil to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Rub the salmon pieces with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and place them on a baking foil. Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes and green beans.
Step 3
Mix the grated garlic, salt, pepper, juice of one lemon, and yogurt.
Step 4
Arrange the potatoes and green beans on four plates, season with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice and zest. Add the watercress, mint, and basil.
Step 5
Place the salmon pieces on top. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt.
