  • Bagel 6 pieces
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 20 oz
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 1 piece
  • Mixed salad greens 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Curry 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 3 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrot. In a bowl, mix it with half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds. Place in a bowl, add the remaining oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, curry, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Step 4

Slice the smoked salmon into 2–3 mm thick pieces.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to the 'grill' setting (or turn on the electric grill).

Step 6

Slice the bagels in half. Spread cream cheese with curry on the bottom halves. Layer with lettuce leaves, slices of salmon, grated carrot, and cucumber rounds. Top with the upper halves of the bagels and press down gently.

Step 7

Place in the oven (or electric grill) for 4–5 minutes. Serve immediately.
