Ingredients
- Bacon 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Walnuts 15 pieces
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Romaine lettuce 1 head
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the bacon into thin strips and fry in olive oil with pepper and garlic.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 3
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Dice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Toast the walnuts in garlic oil and chop coarsely.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients. Add the capers. Dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
