- Instant coffee 1 cup
- Kahlúa Liqueur 1 tablespoon
- Bourbon ¼ cup
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- 33% Cream 6 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine coffee, bourbon, liqueur, chopped chocolate, and 2 tablespoons of cream. Place over low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate has melted (do not bring to a boil).
Step 2
Whip the remaining cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Pour the coffee into 2 mugs and top with whipped cream.
