Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Red Caviar 5 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the avocado, dry it, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and then scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Step 2
Chop the flesh.
Step 3
Finely chop the salmon.
Step 4
Wash the cucumber, dry it, and cut it into very small cubes.
Step 5
Combine the avocado flesh, fish, cucumber, and caviar, add a little olive oil, and gently mix.
Step 6
Spoon the resulting mixture into the avocado halves.
