- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Pickled Apples 1 piece
- Scallions 0 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the peeled avocado, yellow bell pepper, egg, and apple into small cubes, cut the cucumber into medium strips, add the corn and cooked shrimp.
Step 2
Mix the sauce from sour cream, mayonnaise, and pepper, and dress the salad. Add finely chopped green onion just before serving or use it as a garnish.
