
Avocado Salsa with Tuna

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 5 oz
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro 3 stems
- Sweet Red Onion ½ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from 0.5 lime.
Step 3
Mix the onion with the lime juice.
Step 4
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into cubes about 1 cm. Immediately add it to the onion with lime juice and mix well to prevent the avocado from browning.
Step 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them to the avocado with the onion.
Step 6
Chop the cilantro leaves and add them to the vegetable mixture.
Step 7
Drain the excess oil from the can of tuna and mash it with a fork.
Step 8
Add the tuna to the vegetable mixture and stir.
