Description
You can use 1–2 medium tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 15 pieces
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces and dice the regular tomatoes.
Step 2
Slice the olives into rings.
Step 3
Cut the avocado into slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix the oil and juice, and add salt.
Step 5
Place the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Step 6
Arrange the avocado slices in a circle.
Step 7
Add the tomatoes.
Step 8
Place the olives in the center.

Drizzle with the dressing.

Sprinkle with cheese.
