Avocado Salad with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Avocado 2 pieces
  • Green Butter 2 bunches
  • Shrimp 20 oz
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Parsley ½ bunch
  • Russian Cheese 10 oz
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Grapefruits 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a dish with edges and lay the leaves of green lettuce on it.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes in half, then slice them into large thin wedges and arrange them around the perimeter of the dish.

Step 3

Sprinkle the tomatoes with a little salt.

Step 4

Peel the avocado and slice it. Place the avocado slices on top of the layer of tomatoes.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and arrange it around the perimeter on the avocado layer.

Step 6

Peel the grapefruit, remove the white membrane from each segment, divide the flesh of each segment into 3–4 pieces, and place the grapefruit on top of the cheese layer.

Step 7

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the halved garlic cloves, and fry them until golden, then remove the garlic from the hot oil.

Step 8

Add the thawed and peeled small shrimp to the garlic oil and fry them for about 5–7 minutes, then let them cool.

Step 9

Sprinkle the grapefruit layer with finely chopped parsley, then add a layer of fried shrimp.

Step 10

Drizzle the salad with the oil used for frying the shrimp and sprinkle with ground pistachios.

Step 11

Garnish the salad with dill or parsley.
